$65 / visit
For most items within approximately a 15 mile driving radius from ZIP code 08861 (Perth Amboy, NJ). Includes up to 45 minutes on site, photos, and a brief written report.

$65 + $1.50/mi / visit
For locations beyond the 15 mile radius from ZIP code 08861. A mileage fee of $1.50 per mile is added and calculated before you confirm.

Are you affiliated with Zelle or any bank? +
No. I am an independent third-party inspector. I do not represent or work for Zelle, any bank, or any payment platform. My role is to inspect items in person and share what I see so you can make your own decision.
Can you guarantee I won’t be scammed? +
I cannot guarantee the outcome of any transaction, and I have no control over payment platforms, banks, or what the buyer and seller ultimately choose to do. I simply confirm that the item exists and appears to match the description at the time of inspection, which reduces your risk.
Do you ever hold money or act as an escrow service? +
No. I never hold money on behalf of buyers or sellers, and I do not operate as a formal escrow account. You send payment directly to the other party if you decide to proceed.
What if the seller refuses an inspection? +
That’s usually a red flag. If a seller is unwilling to let someone see the item in person, many buyers choose not to proceed. If the seller cancels last-minute or refuses to cooperate, a trip or cancellation fee may apply.
Which items can you inspect? +
Common inspections include electronics, phones, laptops, gaming systems, small appliances, furniture, and collectibles. Vehicles and high-value items may require a custom quote and additional time.
How do I pay for your inspection? +
After you submit the booking form, I’ll confirm the details and send you payment instructions. A deposit or full payment is typically required before I travel to the inspection location.
